“I am sad to hear of Howard's passing. Howard was a friendly and sharing person. I first met Howard on a North Star cross-country ski trip to Norway in 2023. After a week at Venabu, Howard convinced a few of us to spend another week at Pellestova, near Lillihammer. Howard, Lois and I skied together that week and had a lot of fun. I will miss seeing Howard on future x-c ski trips with the North Stars. My sincere condolences to Howard's family. Deanna Letts”
