It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Darlene Allbery of West Bloomfield, Michigan, who passed away on November 7, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Emerson Starr and Florence Elizabeth Starr (Spires); her daughter Karen Grayson; and her siblings, Eddie Starr, Betty Hamilton and Kenneth Starr.
She is survived by: her husband James; her siblings, Leo Starr (Renee) of Columbus and Patty Dickerson (Gerald) of Logan; her sister-in-law Connie Starr; her children, Debra Allbery Gildea (Matthew) of Asheville, NC, James Allbery, Jr. (Melanie) of Farmington Hills, MI and Lori Pruitt (Aaron) of Big Rapids, MI; and her grandchildren, Robert Grayson, Alex Grayson, James Allbery III, Hannah Allbery, Michael Wyatt Gildea and Briggs Pruitt. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
