She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Jacobs (Diane), Michael Jacobs and Daniel Jacobs (Jane); her grandchildren, Loren Jacobs (Elissa Sternberg), Rebecca Jacobs (Brandon Tschida), Adam Jacobs, Ryan Sarni, Arielle Grim (Jon) and Haley Rosenbaum (Joe); and her great grandchildren, Adrienne Sarni, Elliot Jacobs, Jack Jacobs, Asher and Merrikk Sternberg. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
