He was predeceased by: his wife Teri Craine; and his brother Clifford Craine (Susan Linn). He is survived by: his daughters, Ellen Rostker (late Martin), Carol Craine and Rachelle Lambert (Anthony); his grandchildren, Max Rohtbart, Andrew Lambert, Rebecca Underwood, Matthew and Michael Rostker; his great grandchildren, Lucy Underwood and Arabella Lambert; and his siblings, Toni Jacob and Lewis Craine (Sandra). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
