She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred Stein; her parents, Freida Richman and Samuel Richman; her brother Alvin Richman (late Gladys); and her brother-in-law Gerald Stein (Carolyn).
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Steven Stein (Debbie), Sheryl Berke (Eric) and Debra Spizizen (Kevin); her grandchildren, Madeline, Jonah Stein, Aron, Jeremy Berke, Jason, Ivan, Jacqueline and Nicole Spizizen; and her siblings-in-law, Dr. Sheldon Stein (Jackie) and Beverly Bedol (late Justin).
