He was predeceased by: his parents, Julie Sanders and Samuel Sanders. He is survived by: his wife Margot Sanders; his children, David Sanders, Jill Sanders and Sandra Katz; his sister Adele Grinstein (late James); his siblings-in-law, Larry and Susann Spilkin; his nephew Andy; his nieces, Sharon Spilkin and Emily Spilkin; and his pet Aki.
