She is survived by: her husband John England; her brother David (Heide Boutell); her siblings-in-law, Larry (Torky England), Ralph (Joan England) and Orlynn Kouba; her niece Katchen Denning; and her close friends, Stephanie Parker and JoAnn Jensen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.
