She was predeceased by: her parents, James Perry and Pearl Perry; her son Russell Jr.; her husbands, Russell Ortwine, Sr. and Robert Noel, Sr.; and her siblings, Betty and Marion.
She is survived by: her children, Pam, Gail, Gary, James, Richard, Terry and David; her stepchildren, Robert Jr., Kitty Lynn and James; and her sisters, Pat and Mary. She is also survived by her family and friends.
