He is survived by: his children, Dr. David Smith (Suzanne Zeleznik) and Zave; his grandchildren, Daniel Weiss (Nicole), Deborah Strickland (Eric), Emily McCammon (Justin), Benjamin Smith (Julie Lamonoff), Katherine Kaufman (Robert) and Lisa Levy (Alan); and his great grandchildren, Alexander, Andrew, Joshua Weiss, Matthew, Mason, Cameron Strickland, Samuel, Eliza Kaufman, Brandon, Helena Levy, Jasper McCammon and Gabriel Smith. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
