He is survived by: his wife Liz; his children, Stuart Berlow, Lisa and Bryan Engel; his siblings, Steven Berlow (Diane) and Debbie Mintzer (Larry); and his grandchildren, Maryn, Sawyer, Neve, Jackie and Deborah. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

“Sympathy for the passing of Mr. Berlow. I was a classmate of his at Mumford High School prior to his family moving to Huntington Woods and his transferring high schools in the 1960s. My brother in law, Robert Schwartz, might have been a classmate of his both at Berkley High School and Wayne State law school (I do not know for sure). Anyhow, my sympathy to the family. Robert Alpiner (Mumford 1965) along with my family members, Dianne Miller Alpiner and Mitchell Alpiner”
