He was predeceased by: his wife Marlene Budman; his grandson Joshua Marks; his brother-in-law Steven Neuman; and his parents, Abe Budman and Shirley Budman.

He is survived by: his children, Shelly Marks (Brian) and Neal Budman (Dayna Barrett); his grandchildren, Lexie Marks (Aaron York), Marianna, Sofia and Eleanna Budman; his great grandchild Ari Belle York; his sister Liz Schmier; his sister-in-law Linda Schmier (Robert); and his friend Eric Kopsch. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
