We announce the death of Robert Randell Saylor of West Bloomfield, Michigan, who passed away on August 27, 2026, at the age of 85. Robert will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Arber Saylor and Evey Lena Hurst Saylor; and his siblings, Arbie Lee Saylor, Marshall Wayne Saylor, John A. Saylor Jr. and Freida Ann Harper.
He is survived by: his daughter Sherrie Lynn (Scott); his grandchildren, Saunya Leigh (Lamar), Sissy Lynne (Mike), Scott William and Joseph Gary (Anna); his great grandchildren, Austin James (Emily), James Page Jr. (Ally), Conner Kenseth (Jade), Kaitlyn Elizabeth, Izzabella LenaAnn (Jeremiah), Colin Dominic and Nicholas Robert; and his great great grandchildren, Esther Marie and Holden Michael.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home (3295 E Highland Rd, Highland Township, MI 48356).
