Ruthie, Shirley Light-Fuller Obituary

A resident of Birmingham, Michigan, died on January 26th, 2022 at the age 77

Beloved wife of the late Arnold Fuller and the late Jerry Light. Dear mother of Allan (Katya Tsviardova) Licht, Brian (Barbara) Light and Dawn Light. Loving grandmother of Rachel, Sarah, Jordan, Hannah, Naomi, Simone and Francis. Adoring great-grandmother of Delilah. Devoted sister of David (Hope Geller-Fischel) Fischel, Alice Boerstler, Charlene Eps. , Marlene Fischel and Sally Kourtakis. Also survived by her devoted loving cat, Roxy Fuller and many loving nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Ruthie spent the last 40 years educating and designing quilts. Many have her quilts and will carry on her quilting designs to teach others.
Ruthie transitioned and now she will join her late husband Arnie Fuller who she loved deeply. Ruthie also hanging out with our late sister Alice Boerstler, probably baking chocolate chip cookies and apple pie. Arnie and Ruthie are definitely listening to the late Jerry Light who is singing his motown-music songs.
Ruthie will be missed by so many, she will be in our hearts forever with lots of love and memories she gave us all to share.
