She was predeceased by: her daughter Emily Meredith Weitz. She is survived by: her son Michael Weitz (Maddi); her grandchild Aiyla Weitz; and her brother Mark Snyder (Rita). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
One of Sara's greatest joys was taking a girls trip with Emily to Portugal just prior to Covid.
