He is survived by: his children, Howard Jacobs (Judy), Marla Daniel and Beth Barboza (Kevin); his stepchildren, Patti Foska, Sharon Taylor, Kathleen, Denton, John Coyle, Larry, Coyle and Linda Romanik; his grandchildren, Rachael Schmid (Matt), Jocelyn Barboza, Danielle Jacobs and Jenn Jacobs (Phil Shore); his great grandchildren, Riley Schmid and Hayden Schmid; his sister Sylvia Stern; and his caregivers, Ann and Elizabeth. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
