He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Egren and Moe Egren; his brothers, Norman Egren (late Renee Rochlin), Harold Egren and Ronald Egren; and his nephew Robert Egren.

He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Michael Egren (Cyndi Rosellini) and Elyn Charlupski (Larry); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brandon, Rachel, Cory (Erin) and Jordan; his cousin Evan Egrin; and his friend Richard Stocker.
