It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wendell A. Hurd of West Bloomfield, Michigan, who passed away on October 12, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Wendell "Dell" Hurd; and his siblings, Byron (Carolyn) and Eddie Hurd (Arlene). He is survived by: his wife Christine; his children, Michele Hurd, Jeffrey Long (Cindy) and Susan Hurd; his grandchildren, Katie, Nicholas (Hannah) and Peyton; and his brother Dr. Lionel (Sharon). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and a cousin.
