It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline Martha Johnson of West Branch, Michigan, born in Conneaut, Ohio, who passed away on April 7, 2026, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eberhardt Waidelich and Marie Waidelich; her siblings, Reverend Carl William Waidelich, Barbara Soll and Marena Mikol (Donald); her stepson Mark Johnson; her son-in-law Kevin Brady; and her siblings-in-law, Frank Johnson, Charles Johnson (Barbara), Lowell Johnson (Viola), Leona DeRosia, Isabel DeRosia Miller (Maynard) and Genevieve DeRosia Cossin.
She is survived by: her husband Lyle G. Johnson; her children, Dean DeRosia (Sally) of Phoenix, AZ, Dale DeRosia (Hao) of Glendale, AZ and Sharon DeRosia Brady of West Branch, MI; her stepdaughter Beth Ziegler (Dave) of Dexter, MI; and her brother-in-law Carl Soll of Naples, FL. She is also survived by grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Compassus Hospice of West Branch, or St. John Lutheran Church, West Branch.
