It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Walter Scott in West Branch, Michigan, who passed away on August 24, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Alvin Scott and Frances Althea Douck; and his siblings, Georgeanna Mackey, Marleen, Glenn and Baby Scott.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Boggs; his children, John Michael Scott (Jennifer), Carolyn McCrary (John), Jared Scott (Amity), Jody Robin (John Paul) of Vidor, TX and Benjamin Scott (Will J. Burbridge) of Lexington, KY.; and his siblings, Larry Scott (Linda) of West Branch, MI and Sharron Wedel of Sebring, FL..
