It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leona M. Williams (West Branch, Michigan), born in Chesaning, Michigan, who passed away on November 24, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her significant other Eugene Williams; her parents, Miel Verhegge and Pauline Verhegge (Thiel); her siblings, Maxine Mayer, Ronald and Leon Verhegge; her grandson Christian; and her niece Debbie Nowosielski.

She is survived by: her sister Barbara Ruff; and her son Troy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the New Beginnings Lutheran Church or to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
