He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Wormer and Olive Van Wormer (Uren); his brother Gerald; his son Baby Kenneth; and his granddaughter Baby Sofia Rose.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Robinson; his children, Michael Van Wormer (Viola), Jeffrey Van Wormer (Jill), James Van Wormer (Rachel), Julie Tatro (Paul) and Tina Vliet (Jack); his grandchildren, Aaron (Jody), Brandon (Pranjali), Gabe, Jenny (Joshua), Michon, Skylar, Erica, Zachary (Megan), Michaela, Amanda (late Carman Bloss), Jack II (Cassidy) and Kacie; his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Atticus, Brinley, Colby Michael, Leila, Lauren, Jack and Jonathan; his siblings, Pat Van Wormer (Debbie) and Kathy Fremd; and his brother-in-law Joe Slavens. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
