She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward C. Stephens and Olith E. Stephens (Scott) of West Branch; and her husband Gene Tyree. She is survived by: her children, David Tyree of Cary, Janet Moore of Ankeny, Iowa and Bruce Tyree (Nancy) of West Branch; her grandchildren, David Tyree II, Jeannette Cawthorne (Robert), Kalie Gascho (Luke) and Shannon Tyree; and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Tobias, William, Eliza and Lenny.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Ogemaw Hills Free Methodist Church (3480 M-76, West Branch, MI 48661).
