He was predeceased by: his parents, William Preston Bell and Elsie Bell (Oming); his son Scott A. Bell; his siblings, James Bell (Louise), John Bell, Donald Bell, Allen Bell (Nancy) and Betty Gamage (Mack); his sister-in-law Juanita Pearman (Eggleston); and his niece Candy Reeves.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Bell (Hubble); his daughter Kimberly Toepfer (Michael) of Whittemore, MI; his nieces and nephews, Ruth Doyle (Michael) of Tawas, MI, Susan Morrison (Todd) of Youngstown, OH, Angela Hollister (Junior), Lora White, Vera Wilson (Bud), Karri Gadola (Miles), Bradley Petitt (Patti), Jim Reid (Nancy), Caleb Rasak (Gina), Casey Rasak (Hayley) and Johnny Reeves; his sisters-in-law, Barbara Petitt, Bonnie Ferguson, Sue Brownson and Dawn Rasak (Charles); and his nephews, Leslie Petitt, Billy Reid and Michael Brownson.
