She is survived by : her children, Douglas Van Dam (Abigail Livingood), David Van Dam (Irma), Barbara Sauter (David) and Martin Van Dam; her stepchildren, Scott Bicknell and Laura Meadors (Tony); her brothers, James Monsma (Jan), Edwin Monsma and Charles Monsma (Norma); and her son-in-law Gregg Ehlers. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
