He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Picking and Sophie Picking (Janssen); and his brother Bill Picking. He is survived by : his wife Jean Kennedy; his children, Susan Picking and David Picking of West Olive; his grandchildren, Robert Picking, II of Ypsilanti, MI, Anne Stephan (Chris) of Ypsilanti, MI and Peter Stephan; and his siblings, Delores Ferraiaulo, Judith Lang (Jerry), Ronald Picking (Caroline), Darius Picking (Cindy) and Steven Picking (Marilyn). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
