He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Brown and Genevieve Brown; and his brother Gary G. Brown. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Daniel Brown, Dawn Huff (Daniel), Teresa Kabacinski (Kevin) and Richard Basak (Dorota); his grandchildren, Richard Brown, Kyle Kabacinski (Porschia Williams), Kaylyn Kabacinski, Cameron Kabacinski (Cameron Perrin), Ashley Goodwin (Tyler), Brittany Basak and Courtney Arnold (John); and his great grandchild Kasia A. Williams Kabacinski.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vermeulen-Sajewski Funeral Home (980 N Newburgh Rd, Westland, MI 48185). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Colette Catholic Church (17600 Newburgh Rd, Livonia, MI 48152).
