She was predeceased by: her husband Henry N. Tolk; her parents, Floyd LeSuer and Lavina LeSuer; her brother Floyd "Izzy" LeSuer Jr.; and her son-in-law Steven Thomas.
She is survived by: her daughters, Beverly Thomas, Marjory Antuna (Richard), Carol Kubacki (Darrell) and Valerie MacDonald (Gregory); her grandchildren, Melissa Thomas, Lisa Antuna-Burke, Jessica Lambert, Danielle Ogden, Heather Hartmann, Jeffrey MacDonald, Michelle Vogel and Jason MacDonald; and her sister-in-law Dortha "Dottie". She is also survived by Great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, family is requesting donations to: Leader Dogs for the Blind or Angela Hospice.
