He was predeceased by : his parents, James and Dorothy De Mara. He is survived by : his close friend Kathleen Hopkins; his children, Meredith De Mara
(Hill), Melanie De Mara (Mark Wynn), Megan De Mara and David De Mara; his grandchildren, Nicholas and Jennifer Hill; and his siblings, Connie Virden (Jim), Beverly Gille (Chris) and James De Mara Jr.
He was also a member of the Disabled Veterans of America Charity. The family suggests memorial contributions to the Disabled Veterans of America Charity.
