She is survived by: her husband Patrick; her sons, Christopher Penkala (Rebecca) and James Penkala (Cris); her grandchildren, Patrick, Kelly, Madeleine, Wren, Elizabeth and Sarah; and her great grandchildren, Silas, Ryan, Blake, Kalliope and Ashley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
