It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jacqueline E. Kelsay of Westland, Michigan, who passed away on July 30, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jewett and Mary Jewett; Richard Kelsay. She is survived by: her husband Richard Kelsay; her children, Karen Hansz (Walter), Richard Kelsay (Mikki), Gail Borgerding (Bill), Susan Freeman (David) and Kim Newman; and her sister Mary Jane Mervin. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Richard and Jacki Kelsay Memorial Scholarship Fund at Newburg United Methodist Church or to Saint Vincent and Sarah Fisher Center (https://www.svsfcenter.org), two causes that had great meaning to Jacki.
