He was predeceased by: his wife Julia Johnson; his mother Zula George; his stepfather Avery George; his daughter Vicki Wixon; and his sister Barbara.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Lemay (Gary); his brothers, Avery George (Kathy) and Douglas George (Patricia); his son-in-law Carl Wixon; his grandchildren, Carl Wixon (Michiko), Matthew Wixon (Lindsy), Andrew Kennedy (Emily), Jacob Lemay (Broghan), Kathleen Wixon, Kaitlyn Kosier (Josh), Kayla Garofalo (Dominic) and Lindsay Lemay; and his great grandchildren, Kyle Wixon, Gunner Kosier, Beckham Kosier, Lucas Kennedy, Everett Kennedy, Graham Lemay, Vincent Garofalo, Zachary Garofalo and Savannah Kennedy.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association in Mack's honor.
