He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Blevins. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Blevins; his sons, Neil Blevins, II and Jacob Blevins; his father Charles Blevins; and his brothers, Jesse Blevins (Chris) and Wesley Blevins (Sharon).
