It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert James Arbour (Westland, Michigan), born in Owosso, Michigan, who passed away on May 16, 2026, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Robert leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Arbour; and his parents, Ronald Arbour and Helen Arbour. He is survived by: his sons, Robert and David (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Quinn (Alisha) and Devyn; and his siblings, Michael (Rayne), Ronald (Tracey) and Mary Meinken (John).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Uht Funeral Home (35400 Glenwood Rd, Westland, MI 48186). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
