Thomas Oliver Mason Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2025, at the age of 84, Thomas Oliver Mason of Westland, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Thomas may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Thomas touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Gloria J. Mason; his children, Dana Jerome, Kimberly Gray and Tommi-Jean Mason; his adoptive daughter Dawn Rembowski; and his sister Debra Swick.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vermeulen-Sajewski Funeral Home (980 N Newburgh Rd, Westland, MI 48185). A masonic service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:20 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
