He was predeceased by: his father William Bohl. He is survived by: his mother Leora Bohl; his wife Jennifer; his children, Taylor Smith (Chris), Christopher Erickson (Jaelyn) and Brendan Erickson; his grandchildren, Oliver and Arcee; and his sister Heather Kimball (Bruce).
