He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay Foesz; his daughter Sheila Dolloff (Mike); his grandchildren, Shara Kime (Dylan) and Zachary Blackburn (Gwen); his great grandchild Clark; and his siblings, Gerald and Janice. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
