She was predeceased by: her father Valdo Shankel. She is survived by: her mother Nancy Shankel (Rhoads); her husband Kyle Bolt; her children, Garrett Bolt (Jessica) and Justine Thompson (Scott); her grandchildren, Harper, Hudson, Nolan, Mason and Mya; and her sisters, Lorri Myers (Jim) and Lynda Varner (Dennis). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Floyd Church of God.
