She was predeceased by: her parents, Harriet Fisher (Brennan) and Robert Fisher; her husband Gene Neitzke; her son Mark; and her siblings, Larry, Bonnie and Kathleen.

She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Tuggle (Phil); her daughter-in-law Lois Neitzke; her grandchildren, Kayla Wiseman (Nic), Paige Tuggle, Kelsie Kuflewski (Paul), Bradey Neitzke and Hayden Neitzke (Britnee); her great grandchildren, Charleigh, Henley Wiseman, Baylor, Blaine Kuflewski, Nash, Dawson and Remi Neitzke; and her siblings-in-law, Charles Dicken and Cheri Neitzke (Carol Neitzke).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Immanuel Lutheran Church or the Howe Memorial Library.
