As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Helen may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Koonsman and Mary Koonsman; her husband Charles Scott; her daughters, Barbara Schlattman and Mary Rogers; and her children-in-law, Wendy Scott, Kevin Robins and Dan Rogers.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Robins of Fremont, MI and Bruce Scott. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for donations to be made to the Newaygo County Compassion Home, a cause close to Helen's heart.
