She was predeceased by : her parents, James T. Pion and Norma L. Pion (Simmons); and her sisters, Nancy Pion, Annette Hammond, Linda Hammond and Winona Pion.

She is survived by : her husband Barton Ritter of White Cloud; her adoptive daughter Amber Baker (Mike) of Detroit; and also, Evan, Alex and Eliza. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Friends may consider memorial contributions to the Newaygo County Animal Shelter for memorial contributions in memory of Jamie.
