He is survived by: his wife Roxie; his children, Candice Young, Lucinda Nelson (Allen), Hazel Birdsall (Mason), Matthew Young II and Perry Young (Hannah); his grandchildren, Eric Jr., Remmington, Elaina, Blake, Layla, Serenity, Katara, Matthew III and Vada; his great grandchild Sage; his siblings, Michael Young and Martha Kerns (Mike); and his adoptive son Ryan Hayner. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
