He was predeceased by : his father Hugh L. Harper. He is survived by : his mother Peggy Harper (Parsons) of White Cloud; his wife Heather Connelly of White Cloud; his daughters, Alayna Harper and Fiona Engle; his sister Erin Harper of White Cloud; his grandmother Jannette Harper of White Cloud; his mother-in-law Cynthia Connelly of White Cloud; his brothers-in-law, Rob Connelly (Kris) and Matt Connelly; his parents-in-law, Shirley and Ed Remick of Kentwood; and his pets, Bullseye and Steel. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
Private services will be held at the family home following Nates' wishes to have anatomical donation to the University of Michigan for Lou Gehrig's Disease research.
