He is survived by: his husband Paul Vanderkooi; his sons, Eric Vanderkooi and Andrew Vanderkooi (Ashlee); his granddaughters, Isabelle and Eliza; his siblings, Richard Taylor (Patricia), Barbara Weller, Susan Cronk and Kay Smith (Dudley); and his mother-in-law Louise Young.
