He is survived by: his children, Darlene Borkowski, Mike Borkowski (Allison), Tom Borkowski and Diane Smith; the mother of his children Kathy Borkowski; his grandchildren, Liz Brown (Mel), Lauren Johnson (Tyler), Lilley Smith, Tyler Smith, Aubrey Smith, Zach Smith, Mady Smith, Emma Borkowski, River Borkowski and Violet Borkowski; his great grandchildren, Harrison, Waylon and Anderson; his sisters, Bernice McFergy (late Maihie), Caroline Cruzan (Harvey) and Margaret Borkowski; and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Stephen, John, Robert, Bernadine, Bruce, Liesha, Meredythe, Alicia, Wendy, Sandy and Michelle.
