He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph C. Harvatich and Mary J. Harvatich; his sister Marianne Reitz; and his friends, Bill Bishop and Donny Painter.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Harvatich; his children, Michael Harvatich and Teresa Harvatich; his grandchildren, Joseph Harvatich, Wayne Harvatich and Desirae Simmons; and his great grandchildren, Sheyanne Simmons, Cutter Simmons and Rhett Harvatich.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Crandell Funeral Home - White Cloud (1109 Court St, White Cloud, MI 49349). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St Joseph Catholic Church (965 E Newell St, White Cloud, MI 49349). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 12:15 PM at the St Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery (965 E Newell St, White Cloud, MI 49349).
