He was predeceased by : his parents, James Raymond and Dolores Jones (Harris); his children, Tina Ann Jones and Russell "Russ" R. Jones; his grandchildren, Derek Hooven and Sammy Jones; and his son-in-law Glenn P. Durham Sr..

He is survived by : his wife Myra Myrtle; his daughters, Robin Booth (Terry) and Kitty Durham; his daughter-in-law Jody Jones; and his sister Lavina Force (Pastor Tom). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 58 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren.
