He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lewis and Josephine Lewis; and his wife Peggy Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Chuckie Lewis (Laura) and Tim Lewis; his stepchildren, Rocky Pauley (Cindy) and Terry Pauley (Darla); his grandchildren, Joshua, TJ, Adam, Justin, Aaron, Kristen, Kevin, Nathan, Sarah, Rachel, Rocky Jr., Maressa, Malayna and Hunter; and his pets, Mindy and Abby. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
