She was predeceased by : her husband David Gallaty; her grandson Gavyn Smith; her parents, George Peel and Florence Hemstreet; and her siblings, Gary Peel, Doyle Peel (Mable), Elwin Peel and Jackie Peel.

She is survived by : her children, Shane Gallaty (Cathy) and Autumn Smith; her grandchildren, Edward Gallaty (Jenni), David Gallaty (Ashley) and Kelsey Crosman (Kurtis); her great grandchild Edward Gallaty II; her siblings, Sherry Peel and Mike Peel (Debbie); her sisters-in-law, Judy Peel, Marsha Bishop Sexton and Sue Peel; and her stepmother Gloria Peel. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
