With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Lawrence Nieset of White Lake, Michigan, born in Sandusky, Ohio, who passed away on March 29, 2026 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Nieset and Barbara Nieset; his sister Catherine; his grandparents, Viola, John Liptok, Luceille and Paul Nieset; and his great-aunt Inez Renner.
He is survived by: his wife Michele; his daughters, Kayli, Avery and Emersyn; his siblings, Philip Nieset (Renee), Julie Nieset (George) and Emily Keen (Pete); his brother-in-law Jeff Stout (Andrea); and his nieces and nephews, Jake Nieset, Nick Nieset, Ben Nieset, Novah Hardebeck, Abby Keen, Lily Keen, Carter Stout, Layla Stout, Gemma Stout and Josie Stout.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Genisys Credit Union for Douglas L. Nieset and Michele Nieset Family Trust or given to Michele to support future needs of Doug's Children. There is also a GoFundMe link online if preferred https://www.gofundme.com.
