She was predeceased by: her brother Dennis Remer; and her parents, John Remer and Patsy Remer. She is survived by: her husband Jeff Wale; her children, Amanda Bibee (Phil) and Tyler Wale (Christine); her grandchildren, Emma, Olivia, Kacee, Kayden and Zaden; and her sibling Robin Gossette.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
